Shared hosting companies are more likely to be vulnerable to attack, have more third party staff that have access to your data, or experience other issues such as page loading speed and latency. Robert Cope, the founder of Theatre Life, has graduated with three IT related degree’s and is expert in Advanced Networking (at the level of satellite networks), server security, Linux server systems administration, content delivery networks (CDN), all of which ensure your data is secure and ensures speedy data transmission across the Internet.

Section 4 – Questions
Questions regarding this statement should be directed to Theatre Life. Please use our Contact Form to send us an email.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Part 1 – Processing time
Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
The products that Theatre Life sell are brought to you from independent manufacturers that we have carefully sourced around the world.
The manufacturer will process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days, depending on what you have ordered.
Part 2 – Shipping time
Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our source warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 7-14 days on average, but depending on where you live, customs may hold onto the package for a few days longer, which can extend the shipping time to up to 25 days in some very rare cases.
We mainly ship to the UK and USA. UK and US orders are shipped by ePacket, which provides tracking to the door in both the UK and USA and many other countries (see list in Order Tracking section). After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Our goal is to offer you the best international shipping options, that includes tracking. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
We select our products from carefully selected independent manufacturers from across the world. Because our products are from a variety of places, we may use different shipping methods to ship each product. Our main shipping services include ePacket and DHL, both of which include tracking right to the door in the UK and USA as well as many other countries.
What are the Benefits of Using ePacket?
As the name “ePacket” suggests, the shipping service was formed for e-commerce purposes, in order to make it faster and more affordable for customers to receive their purchases from online stores and marketplaces that shipped from China and Hong Kong.
ePacket became so successful within the US that they began expanding internationally. The list of countries that have access to ePacket is constantly growing.
The ePacket delivery provides customers the option of end-to-end tracking, without paying any additional costs. This is a huge benefit for them to be able to monitor the location of the package. The ePacket can easily be tracked on official websites such as EMS and USPS.
Which countries have ePacket shipping?
There is a growing list of countries that are able to benefit from the affordable China Post’s ePacket service. Updated: December 2017.
Vietnam (currently in a trial run)
* France: Packages can be shipped to mainland France with zip codes that start with 01 to 95. The packages cannot currently be shipped to overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Mayotte.
** United Kingdom: Packages can be shipped to mainland UK as well as the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
*** United States: Packages can be shipped to all states, territories and military addresses within the United States.
